Galaxy Buds Pro real-time review!

by Lucky2HaveU 2021. 2. 9.

To make this long story short, just go get one. This product is no match of any other wireless earphone available now.

After the long and boring working hours, I finally got home. When I enter the main door, my wife smiled at me and asked me to close my eyes. Well, why not. I love surprises :)

When I opend my eyes, she gave me a package wrapped with black cloth and pink ribbon.

She asked me to guess, but I just could not figure it out lol. Finally she just told me what it was and I was very happy to have this Galaxy Buds Pro because I was planning to buy this since long time ago.

I am a IT geek, so I buy brand new technology as soon as it comes out to the market.

Wireless earphone was one of that. I bought my first wireless earphone in 2016. Back then, 'Jabra' had the best wireless sound technology. I bought Jabra sports and used it for a year and changed it to Jabra Elite, which was like the 'ancestor' of the wireless earbuds.

Well she was fine. I've used it well for three years and it barely caused and problem so far. But now, it's pretty old. It sometimes malfuctions when charging, and blacks out during cold weather and so on... So I had to get a new one.

So I was waiting... and last year, Galaxy Buds live came out! But unfortunately, this had no 'Active Noise Cancelling'. This was the technology I was looking for... I bought Airpods Pro for my wife last year and the best technology from it was the noise cancelling. Seriously, this blocks at least the half of outside noise from your headset.

Well, So I waited... and finally this Galaxy Buds Pro is now finally available! and WITH the ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING technology!

As you know Samsung acquired Harman two years ago. Which means Samsung now has one of the world's best sound technology. One of the best sound tech from Harman is the "AKG". I have no idea what those letters stand for, but this Galaxty Buds Pro has the AKG technology. I am not a sound geek, so I cannot tell you that this earphone better than which product. But I can definitelly tell you that this is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better then the Jabra Elite I used. (And personally, I believe this is better than Airpod Pro, Seriously)

If you google it, you will know that Jabra Elite is an expensive earphone, and it has pretty good sound tech. But this Galaxy Buds Pro waaaaaaaaaay out performs that.

Galaxy Buds pro uses USB-C type carging cable. So, if you use an Andriod cell phone, you can share it with your basic charging cable. The size of the case is like 4cm x 4cm square, which like one-and-half inch square.

The thickness too, is just about right. When you hold it, you will fill like grabbing a tiny pebble stone ;p

Inside the carrier, it has some kind of magnet, which attracts the earbuds when inserted. When I used the Jabra Elite, the charging problem always happened when the earbuds charging nodes does not correctly touch the earbuds' charging nodes. But since the Galaxy Buds Pro has the magnet system, this won't be a problem. All you have to do is just simply but the buds inside the carging case, and these will automatically get to correct spaces :)

As you can see on the third photo above, the magnet is strong enough to hold the earbuds upside down :) If you shake it from this position, these obviously will fall down, but just check see how strong the magnets are!

Galaxy Buds Pro does not have any other methods to stay in your ears. So get the best size of the canal ear cap :)

Enjoy!
